The Adjustment Period
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support system and for the materials to properly break in.
Contact Our Sleep Experts
If you are still unsatisfied after the 30-night trial, contact our showroom within 90 days of delivery to initiate a comfort exchange or return.
Condition Verification
Ensure the mattress is free of stains, tears, or odors, as a mattress protector must have been used to maintain eligibility for a return or exchange under health regulations.
Schedule Pick-up & Exchange
Once approved, our delivery team will arrive to pick up the original mattress and deliver your new selection, subject to a nominal delivery and processing fee.
